BREAKING: NYC reveals nearly HALF of those arrested at Columbia, City

New York City’s mayor and police commissioner just revealed that out of those arrested at Columbia and City College, nearly half of them were outside actors NOT affiliated with either school:

Via Deputy Mayor for Communications Fabien Levy:

“NEW: @NYCMayor and @NYPDPC have released new information showing that approximately 48% of individuals arrested on Tuesday evening at @Columbia and @CityCollegeNY protests were unaffiliated with the schools.”

While this is very interesting information, I think Jonathan Levine has the better question: “What % of people arrested were immediately released after being booked?”
