Gavin Newsom has not done himself any favors in the past few days, as he proved to be more incompetent than anyone imagined (and that says a lot). And rather than do something to help Los Angeles residents, he thinks a much better use of resources is to control “misinformation,” which really means anything that makes himself look bad.

Gavin Newsom urged Sleepy Joe on a video conference to put an end to the spread of information on the interweb.

“We must address this misinformation. There are hurricane-force winds of lies, disinformation, and misinformation. There are people who want to divide this country, and we need to confront that as well,” Newsom whined.

He’s just mad because he got caught faking a call with Biden earlier to get out of talking to a resident.

Anytime a politician cries about misinformation during a natural disaster it’s almost always to cover their incompetence. If he actually cared about helping people and ending the fires, “misinformation” would be the least of his worries.

What does he even mean when he says “misinformation?” Could it be the false information coming from local text alerts, as they warn people to evacuate in the middle of the night who don’t need to?

Is that what he means?

Surely it has nothing to do with the fact that he prioritized a fish over the water supply. Because that is most definitely information but it’s not misinformation.

Newsom could not be more pathetic if he tried, which is exactly why he wishes to control the flow of information.
