Federal court rules against Biden Administration's woke Title IX

This is a major victory for sanity in our country and a nice little “forget you!” to Biden on his way out the door.

Tennessee, as well other states, sued the Biden Administration over their awful Title IX rules which would destroy women’s sports, female only spaces, and gut protections instituted by the Trump administration.

But this ruling from the US District Court in Kentucky unequivocally smacked down Biden and Cardona’s executive overreach.

Because the Final Rule and its corresponding regulations exceed the Department [of Educations]’s authority under Title IX, violate the Constitution, and are the results of the arbitrary and capricious agency action, the plaintiff’s motions for summary judgment will be granted …
