This crybaby is an inspiration to all of us men who have ever cut ourselves during the morning shave:
Nick Silverthorn, 48, purchased a supermarket own brand razor from his local store.
But when he got home and used it for the first time he says it cut both cheeks.
He says he discovered one of the razor blades was detached and believed the razor was faulty.
So instead of chalking his cuts up to experience he decided to sue the razor manufacturer.
It’s about time. For generations men have been shaving …
… and getting minor, non-serious cuts when doing it …
… and we’ve stood for this for far too long!
This guy’s little scratch was plainly the final straw.
[Warning: A light cut from shaving]
The Hamas-style scarf is just 🤌
When contacted by lawyers regarding the alleged razor malfunction, the company “sent the razor for tests and a month later offered to settle his claim for $6,250 with no admission of liability.”
As one of the injured plaintiff’s lawyers put it:
It just shows that if you are injured by any product there may be a valid claim no matter how big the company are.
Justice, ladies and gentlemen.
