Biden, instead, is handing out participation trophies for some of the worst people in the swamp in his final weeks in office.

Bennie Thompson, the two deep state weasels who led the frivolous Jan. 6 congressional Select Committee, each received the Presidential Citizens Medal, the second highest civilian award in the country.
