President Joe Biden continues to leave a lasting and negative impression as he readies to exit the White House.

The lame-duck president reacted to reporters with bitter responses at a White House event on Sunday as he attacked his successor, President-elect Donald Trump. Calling the incoming president a “threat” to democracy once again, Biden’s comments and tone came just days after he had declared that the president-elect needs to learn about “decency.”

After signing the Social Security Fairness Act, Biden surprisingly spoke with reporters but also appeared to snap at them while boasting about his political career.

“Is the transition going smoothly?” one reporter asked.

“So far, I think. There’s no problem with us,” Biden replied. “But we’ve made ourselves available. Spent a couple hours with them. Told them to find out whatever he needs. We got to get back to establishing basic democratic norms.”

“Do you believe he’s a threat to democracy?” a reporter questioned.

“I think what he did was a genuine threat to democracy,” Biden said. “I’m hopeful that we’ll be on that.”

“And the idea we’re going to change a constitutional birthright, if you’re born in a country, you can’t be, you’re not a citizen. What’s going on buddy? I think it’s awful,” he added, according to Reuters.

Biden also seemed to lose his cool with reporters at one point.

“I might be the oldest president, but I know more world leaders than any one of you have ever met in your whole goddamn life!” he snarled.

Biden was criticized last week after using the death of President Jimmy Carter as an occasion to take a jab at Trump.

When the outgoing president was asked what his successor should take away from the legacy of the nation’s 39th president, Biden replied, “Decency.”

“Decency, decency, decency. … Can you imagine Jimmy Carter walking by someone who needed something and just keep walking? Can you imagine Jimmy Carter referring to someone by the way they look or the way they talk?” he said.

In another cringe moment that was added to the long list of Biden’s predictable gaffes, a viral clip showed the president inviting a young man up to sing happy birthday to him.

The problem was that when it came to the key part of the verse, it was apparent Biden did not know the man’s name. The awkward pause was laughed off by the birthday boy, but it made for a viral moment on social media.

Social media users blasted Biden over Sunday’s reactions and comments.

“The most civil, decent, and devoutly Catholic president we’ve ever had,” CNN conservative commentator Scott Jennings wrote on X.
