Is she drunk? Heavily medicated?

Fresh off of a hip transplant, former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi posted a bizarre video to X on Thursday claiming she was on her way to DC to represent her constituents and share “San Francisco values.”

San Francisco values = Needles in the street, homelessness and rampant retail theft.

84-year-old Pelosi could barely open her eyes as she heavily slurred her words.

“Hi, it’s Nancy. I’m on my way to Washington to proudly represent the people of San Francisco in Congress. I’m honored to do so to share our San Francisco values,” Pelosi said.

Nancy Pelosi was forced to cancel the rest of her engagements scheduled on her bipartisan CODEL trip to Luxembourg after she fell downstairs earlier this month.

Pelosi was hospitalized during a congressional delegation trip overseas after she fractured her hip.

The 84-year-old had hip replacement surgery after she lost her footing on a marble staircase and fell to the ground.

“The operation was conducted at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center at Landstuhl Army Base in Germany, her office said. The Defense Department provided medevac support to transport Pelosi there from Luxembourg,” CBS News reported.

The spokesperson added, “Speaker Pelosi is grateful to U.S. military staff at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center at Landstuhl Army Base and medical staff at Hospital Kirchberg in Luxembourg for their excellent care and kindness.”

Rep McCaul recently said Pelosi was wearing her signature high heels when she lost her footing on the last step on a marble staircase.

“She had a hip replacement. I was right next to her. She likes to wear high heels. Very high. She was on one of her last steps on this marble staircase that didn’t have a railing. She lost her footing and fell to the ground. I immediately helped pick her up,” McCaul said.

Pelosi actually took a photo after she fell down and broke her hip.

McCaul said Pelosi went to the hospital after taking this photo.
