President-elect Donald Trump shared a supercut that spoke for itself amid corporate media’s sudden interest in the “underreported” state of President Joe Biden’s mental acuity.

Like a cadre of Grinches atop Mount Crumpit, corporate media had seen the public getting along fine without sincere coverage of the news but had a change of heart during the Christmas season. Specifically, many had come forward with reflections on the ignored cognitive decline of the incumbent, prompting Trump to share a montage of insiders refuting concerns without pushback from the pundit class.

“I meet frequently with the president and every single time I meet with him, he is just fine,” said Gen. Mark Milley in an interview with CBS’ Norah O’Donnell while California Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D) offered several variations of the claim, “Joe Biden has vision, he has knowledge, he has — a strategic thinker.”

From her perch in the James S. Brady Press Briefing Room, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was at the forefront of dismissing even the question of the octogenarian’s mental health, and she had argued a number of times, “It is hard for us to keep up with this president.”

“The most difficult part about a meeting with President Biden is preparing for it because he is sharp, intensely probing, and detail-oriented and focused,” asserted Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas as Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen claimed, “I’m often with him on foreign trips. He’s at the top of his game.”

Having the closest relationship with the president, First Lady Jill Biden deflected, “I say his age is an asset.”

Meanwhile, Senate Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) went on record decrying the notion of any decrease in capacity from his party’s leader, “All this right-wing propaganda that his mental acuity is declined is wrong.”

Of course, the sudden voice given to the lack of coverage of Biden’s questionable mental capacity, considered by many to have been in doubt even before he was elected in 2020, did not go unchecked.

Florida Rep. Byron Donalds (R) had a few thoughts to share as he posted a clip from CBS News’ “Face the Nation” where correspondent Jan Crawford said Sunday with a look back at the year, “Undercovered and underreported, that would be, to me, Joe Biden’s obvious cognitive decline that became undeniable in the televised debate.”

“We should have much more forcefully questioned whether he was fit for office for another four years,” she added, bringing up the Wall Street Journal’s reporting on how White House aides had “insulated” Biden throughout his term, “which could have led to a primary for the Democrats. It could have changed the scope of the entire election. Yet still, incredibly, we read in The Washington Post that his advisers are saying that he regrets that he dropped out of the race, that he thinks he could have beaten Trump. And I think that is either delusional or they’re gaslighting the American people.”

Reacting to the take, Donalds reminded, “They blamed it on a ‘Stutter.’ They blamed it on ‘Russian Disinfo.’ They blamed it on ‘Cheap-Fakes.’ They hid him at every opportunity. They scripted every public event. They denied the Hur Report findings. They sent him on vacation for 570 days. They brazenly lied to you FOR YEARS. This could be the biggest Presidential cover-up in American history. And the media defended it all. Until they got exposed at the debate. Don’t let the media gaslight you. This story existed FOR YEARS. And they avoided it ON PURPOSE.”
