Thank you all for your kind and generous thoughts and prayers.

As many of you know, I spent my Christmas holiday in the hospital. I was hospitalized for the past week after having difficulty breathing.

I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure after entering the hospital. The doctors ran several tests and worked diligently to remove the excess fluid on my heart and lungs. It was a difficult week.

On Friday, I left the hospital and am now recuperating at home.

The cardiac care team at St. Mary’s Hospital in St. Louis is top-notch. They took great care of me, and the medical staff helped me remove several pounds of excess fluid that was making it hard to breathe.

I am now feeling much better.

As many of you know, in 2013, I came down with sepsis and nearly died after the bacterial infection targeted my heart.

But I was given a second chance on life and am so grateful for it.

I am grateful for each day.

Thank you to The Gateway Pundit team for filling in while I was away. Thank you to my family and friends. And thank you to our readers for their constant love and support.

And thanks to God for his continued mercy and healing grace.
