President-elect Donald Trump criticized celebrities over their endorsement of Vice President Kamala Harris, hinting they might have happened illegally.

“Are the Democrats allowed to pay $11,000,000, $2,000,000, and $500,000 to get the ENDORSEMENT of Beyoncé, Oprah, and Reverend Al?” Trump wrote on TRUTH Social. “I don’t think so!”

Harris got the celebrity endorsements of Oprah Winfrey, Beyoncé, Taylor Swift and some social media influencers.

It was initially reported that Winfrey’s Harpo Productions received $1 million from the Harris campaign for a sit-down interview and endorsement, sparking criticism about how the Democrats handled money during the election. It was later reported that the figure Oprah’s company received was closer to $2.5 million. Oprah said that she personally “was not paid a dime” for the live streamed event, according to The Hill

“Beyoncé didn’t sing, Oprah didn’t do much of anything (she called it ‘expenses’) and Al is just a third rate Con Man,” Trump’s post continued. “So what is going on here??? Totally against the law, and I have heard there are many others!!!”

Beyoncé Knowles endorsed Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris at a rally in Houston, Texas, but did not perform.

Other celebrities who appeared at the Houston rally included Jessica Alba, Willie Nelson and Kelly Rowland.
