You’re essentially one of Santa’s elves at this point, sir, so there’s no slacking allowed – and there’s especially no dumping of dozens of packages in the woods so you don’t have to work late!

This happened down in Florida.

Latavion Lewis was arrested after a post office in Bonifay, Florida, received several reports of FedEx packages littering the roadside and wooded area during the busiest delivery season of the year.

The contracted worker from Alabama agreed to meet with deputies — and confessed to tossing the packages rather than return them to the FedEx warehouse ‘due to the late hour’ he was working, the sheriff’s office said.

And this wasn’t the only Scrooge delivery driver of the season.

I’m sorry, but anyone with the nerve to deprive people of their Christmas gifts so they don’t have to work late deserves nothing less than a spot on the naughty list.
