The Guatemalan migrant who set a woman on fire in the New York City subway was deported by the Trump administration years ago.

In infuriating news, it turns out the illegal migrant who has not yet been charged was deported in 2018 after entering the U.S. by way of the Arizona border. But he managed to sneak back in once the Biden administration’s lax policies effectively threw open the doors.

The Guatemalan national then made his way north where he allegedly set a woman on the train ablaze on Sunday in a horrific act as he then sat back and watched.

“What is clear is that by April 2023 he was staying at a Days Inn hotel on 36th Street which had been converted into a migrant shelter — the first of four tax-funded facilities in the city,” the New York Post reported.

“When he was issued a transit ticket in 2023, he gave an address of a shelter on Randall’s Island, the sources said,” according to the outlet. “On Sunday, police said he was at the Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue subway station, calmly watching the sleeping passenger he allegedly set on fire as she apparently burned to death.”

“The depravity of this horrific crime is beyond comprehension, and my office is committed to bringing the perpetrator to justice,”  Brooklyn District Attorney Eric Gonzalez said in a statement.

“This gruesome and senseless act of violence against a vulnerable woman will be met with the most serious consequences,” he added. “Every New Yorker deserves to feel safe on our subways, and we will do everything in our power to ensure accountability in this case.”

The latest information erupted on social media where X users could not contain their disgust with the Biden administration.

“Enough is enough,” wrote X owner and tech billionaire Elon Musk.
