President Joe Biden’s pardons have come under fire in recent weeks, but one in particular has caught media attention.

The pardon of Josephine Virginia Gray, aka the “Black Widow” killer, is sparking outrage. Gray was sentenced to 40 years in prison regarding insurance fraud schemes connected to three murdered men over a 20-year period. Of the three men, two were her husbands while one was just a boyfriend. The woman collected $165,000 across the three insurance settlements and was eventually charged with murder but was only convicted of fraud for violating something known as the “slayer’s rule” which is supposed to prohibit a person’s killer from receiving any payout.

“It pisses me off, as you can imagine,” said James Trusty, who had prosecuted Gray in Maryland, to the Washington Free Beacon. “This doesn’t feel like a ‘rule of law’ moment for the Biden administration.”

Fox News personality Tyrus also had a lot to say on the bizarre choice to commute her prison sentence.

“Interesting, because I could have sworn the White House said they were only granting clemency to non-violent offenders. Just imagine if Joe’s colleagues had known they could get away with murdering a spouse,” he joked as a picture of Hillary Clinton flashed onto the screen.

“She wasn’t charged for murder,” he said at another point in the clip. “They charged her for insurance fraud.”

“She wasn’t supposed to get out [of prison] because of all the time and then Joe Biden said ‘Wanna bet?’” joked panelist Kat Timpf.

“How does that pardon even come up?” Tyrus asked Chris Jericho.

“It seems like Biden is just pardoning everybody at this point in time,” the wrestler pointed out. “Like he’s just wandering around at his house in pajamas and thinking okay who else? Is OJ still around?”

“Meanwhile, poor Joe Exotic can’t catch a break,” he added, to cheers from the audience.

“All he did was supposedly talk about killing somebody,” Tyrus chimed in. “She smoked three brothers in arms!”
