Things have been looking up for Marine veteran Daniel Penny after he was found not guilty in the death of Jordan Neely.
Penny was invited to attend the Army-Navy football game over the weekend by none other than Vice President-elect JD Vance, who has now confirmed that Penny has accepted his offer.
“Daniel’s a good guy, and New York’s mob district attorney tried to ruin his life for having a backbone. I’m grateful he accepted my invitation and hope he’s able to have fun and appreciate how much his fellow citizens admire his courage,” Vance wrote in a post on X.

Daniel Penny should be honored for his community service and awarded a medal for bravery and self sacrifice.

Daniel Penny gives men the courage to be men again. What man just stands around and watches weaker people be accosted.

When Danny gets out of the vacuum that he has lived in for over a year, he will see that Americans support his heroism. And as a father of children that ride that subway, I pray that there are more like him.

A very fitting jesture on Vance’s part. This is the perfect coming out party for Penny after being shrouded in that veil of horror by Bragg. He’ll get a great reception among his peers who will honour his courage and example.

classy move!!!
Well deserved. He’s been harassed in his own city by elites. Citizens of all kinds applauded him on the scene for helping.
