Business owners are turning the page after President-elect Donald Trump’s 2024 victory, flocking to him before he’s even taken office.
While America is about a month away from the inauguration of the 47th president, political leaders, business owners, and even Google founder Sergey Brin have been making their way to Trump’s Florida home to chat. TIME Magazine even made Trump Person of the Year, something allies and foes alike probably didn’t see coming. It would appear that the social tide is turning in the former president’s favor after so many years of hatred from leftist-controlled institutions.
On Thursday evening, the Daily Mail exclusively reported that Brin, one of the “billionaire founders” of tech giant Google, dined with Trump in Mar-a-Lago. Recall that Brin referred to Trump’s first presidential win as “deeply offensive.”
“A source familiar with Brin’s visit told DailyMail.com that it was set up by Jessica Reed Kraus, an Instagram influencer known as HouseInhabit, who is close to the Brin family,” the outlet reported.
“‘It was Sergey who reached out and wanted to have dinner with Trump,’ said the source,” the story continued. “‘Of course, Trump said yes. These are the biggest companies on the planet and he takes them very seriously.’”
This news broke after Amazon, owned by Jeff Bezos, pledged to donate $1 million to Trump’s inauguration, as well as live streaming the event on their Prime Video platform. Bezos will also be visiting Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate sometime next week, the company confirmed with the Wall Street Journal.
Perhaps the most unexpected bedfellow would be TIME Magazine owner Marc Benioff, who congratulated the president-elect on receiving the Person of the Year award in a post on X.
“Congratulations to President [Trump] on being named TIME Person of the Year 2024. This marks a time of great promise for our nation. We look forward to working together to advance American success and prosperity for everyone. May G-d bless the United States of America,” he wrote, along with a photo of the magazine’s cover featuring a giant, stoic photo of Trump.

This is likely only the beginning of the negotiations and meetings to come as leaders in all industries look forward to America’s next chapter under the 47th president. It remains to be seen who else will jump on the Trump train to get things done.
