People joke about flying drones over un-contacted tribes in the Amazon to freak them out. Turns out you can just fly them over New Jersey.

According to Rep. Jeff Van Drew (R-NJ), sources say they could be drones that are launching from an Iranian “mothership” (he actually used that word).

Iranian motherships floating over the Eastern Seaboard like:

The idea that an Iranian drone carrier could hide itself from all the world’s radar systems when Iran can’t even manage to do significant damage to Israel with its two-bit arsenal is a bit laughable.

(Also, why New Jersey? Literally the last state worth attacking!)

But there is definitely something going on in those Jersey skies, and authorities are either clueless or being tight-lipped on purpose.

The wildest thing about this isn’t the idea that drones could be launched from a larger balloon (remember last year) or other aircraft. After all, drones have the capacity to do this with a single laptop:

No, what’s wild is how many Americans don’t know how to tell the difference between airliners and UFOs.

It’s not just Diane though. One of the largest accounts on X begged people to stop sending him “tips” of drone activity that were just pics of commercial planes.

For all we know, that belongs to some guy with the DJI Maverick Pro he bought last week at Best Buy 😂

You may not know this, but drones are cheap and abundant in numbers these days. Sometimes, I send my own drone up for quick pics after a cool rainstorm or to film fireworks.

You should probably assume that the guys flying the drones with FAA-approved navigation lights aren’t aliens and/or Iran!

As for the harder-to-see drones, well, I’d say we’ll get answers but Joe Biden’s handlers are still in charge.
