If you purchase a bad car from a dealer, of all the things you might possibly do, don’t do this:
[Warning: Language]
This happened Monday in Sandy, Utah, at Tim Dahle Mazda. The perp was a jilted customer who says the dealership sold him a faulty Subaru Outback and then refused to repair it.
Police said the man threatened to drive through the dealership’s front door if they wouldn’t give him his money back. Then, shortly after 4 p.m., he ‘did exactly that,’ police said.
Dude did not even tap those brakes once.
The temper tantrum that followed was par for the course.
Thankfully, nobody was injured. And it sounds like this guy is facing some potentially serious time.
The man, whose name has not been released, was booked into jail facing charges of felony criminal mischief and reckless endangerment.
Maybe he can get a job in the prison’s license-plate shop!
