President-elect Donald Trump announced Kimberly Guilfoyle as his pick to serve as ambassador to Greece.

“Kimberly is perfectly suited to foster strong bilateral relations with Greece, advancing our interests on issues ranging from defense cooperation to trade and economic innovation,” Trump said in a post announcing the appointment.

“Her extensive experience and leadership in law, media, and politics along with her sharp intellect make her supremely qualified to represent the United States, and safeguard its interests abroad,” he wrote.

Guilfoyle was once engaged to Donald Trump Jr., CNN reported. The announcement comes after Trump nominated his daughter Ivanka Trump’s father-in-law Charles Kushner to ambassador to France.

Trump also nominated Andrew Ferguson on Tuesday to serve as the next Chair of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and North Carolina GOP Rep. Dan Bishop to serve as deputy director of Budget at the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).

“Andrew has a proven record of standing up to Big Tech censorship, and protecting Freedom of Speech in our Great Country,” Trump said in a post on Truth Social. “Sworn in as a Commissioner on April 2, 2024, he will be able to fight on behalf of the American People on Day One of my Administration … Andrew will be the most America First, and pro-innovation FTC Chair in our Country’s History.”
