He Earned This: Daniel Penny Has Beer at NYC Bar Following Acquittal

Daniel Penny is the happiest man in NYC tonight, and rightly so. His sham trial ended in acquittal, despite the best efforts of the DA and judge.

Various and sundry Leftists are mad about this, thinking it’s proof of systemic racism (it’s not).

But Daniel Penny doesn’t seem too bothered by their anger. Here he is having a beer as a free man:

Good for him.

Neely had an extensive criminal record, including 42 arrests on charges including petty larceny, jumping subway turnstiles, theft, and three unprovoked assaults on women in the subway between 2019 and 2021.

This writer thinks he should avoid living in NYC for the rest of his life.

We can’t imagine the relief.

While I do believe the verdict was the only appropriate decision to reach, I still get the feeling that it was the prosecution itself that polluted it’s own case.

While Penny SHOULD have been found “Not Guilty,” let’s remember how close it came.
