Article III Project founder and President Mike Davis has taken the lead on pressuring the Senate to confirm President Trump’s nominee for FBI Director, Kash Patel, declaring this nomination a “red line” for the 53 Senate Republicans.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, President Trump announced his nomination of Kash Patel for the role of FBI Director in his next Administration on Saturday.

This will be a huge step up from Chris Wray’s targeting of innocent Trump supporters, pro-lifers, concerned parents, and Christians. Patel will finally restore the law enforcement organization to its true purpose of investigating and prosecuting real criminals and criminal organizations and put an end to the weaponization of the FBI to target innocent Americans.

Elon Musk has also fired warning shots at Senate RINOs who “thwart the will of the people,” indicating he may see to it that they’re removed from office by backing their election opponents, and he has shown great favor towards Kash Patel as FBI Director.

Elon Musk Backs Kash Patel’s Nomination for FBI Director – RINO Senators Who do Not Vote to Confirm Patel Will Face Challenges

You, too, can let your Senator know where you stand on the confirmation of Kash Patel and demand that they vote to confirm Patel’s appointment as FBI chief.

Patel’s impressive qualifications include several high-ranking positions in the intelligence and defense communities, such as Department of Defense Chief of Staff and Deputy Director of National Intelligence under President Trump.

When Patel was running counter-terrorism for President Trump, the president oriented efforts to wipe out ISIS senior leadership and other key operatives. Patel further oversaw the rescuing of American hostages and detainees to return them to the United States.

As a terrorism prosecutor, Patel previously prosecuted ISIS, Al-Qa’ida, and other terrorist networks, and he was the lead prosecutor for the World Cup bombings in Uganda that killed an American and 76 people. While Patel served as Department of Defense Chief of Staff, they ended forever wars.

Anybody who says he is not qualified for the job is lying.

Patel has been one of the leading voices against the Deep State’s weaponization of government, corruption, and conspiracies, including Russiagate, the Trump investigations, January 6, and more, which explains why the Deep State wants him out. President Trump noted in the announcement Saturday, “He played a pivotal role in uncovering the Russia, Russia, Russia Hoax, standing as an advocate for truth, accountability, and the Constitution.”

The Article III Project, founded by Trump-allied attorney Mike Davis, has provided a customizable email form that allows you to send an email to Senators with just one click. The form is available here.

The email template reads,

President Trump made a perfect choice when he decided Kash Patel should serve as the next FBI Director. Patel exposed the Russiagate hoax when he worked on the House Intelligence Committee and is the right choice to fix the systemic flaws within the FBI.

Patel has prosecuted terrorists and helped lead the Department of Defense on this front. He has the experience and instincts to deliver on President Trump’s mandate to fix the FBI.

“Light up both of your home state senators, Call their offices, Light them up on social media, send them emails, let them know,” said Davis.

Davis called out the Senators in an interview Monday.

Davis: I would say this to these 53 Senate Republicans, I want you to remember this that your job as a Senator is to vote to confirm President Trump’s qualified Cabinet picks, along with other senior executive branch appointees. The President doesn’t get to pick your senate staff, and you don’t get to pick his, right? You need to make sure that these nominees are qualified; Kash Patel is clearly qualified. He has been a public defender and a national security prosecutor. He got awards from the Obama Justice Department for his National Security prosecution. He was a top official on the House Intel Committee. He was a top official on the White House National Security Council. He was a top official in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. He was the Chief of Staff in the Department of Defense.

He is a competent loyalist who is going to go in to the FBI on behalf of President Trump, who got a mandate for change from the American people—all seven swing states, 312 electoral votes—to bring serious reforms, bold reforms to the FBI. Kash is the man to do that. He is qualified. You need to vote to confirm all qualified executive branch top officials, including Kash, unless you can point to clear and convincing evidence that they’re disqualified because of their personal misconduct. You’re not going to be able to do that with Kash. We don’t have a ‘me too’ presumption of guilt with any of these picks, including Pete Hegseth. So, if you think that he’s done something wrong, come forward with clear and convincing evidence.

We don’t have Christine Blasey Ford nonsense. We don’t have the presumption of guilt. We got rid of that with Kavanaugh; you’re welcome America from Mike Davis. And we’re not going to play these games and so, if these picks are qualified, Senate Republicans must vote to confirm. I’m going to tell your audience. Go to Article3project.org, and take action. One of the key action items is to confirm Kash to the FBI. Light up both of your home state senators, call their offices, light them up on social media, send them emails, let them know. Look Kash just signed up for X yesterday. He already has almost 600,000 followers. That tells you what kind of a groundswell of support Kash Patel has. And so I hope these 53 Senate Republicans understand that this is a red line. If they don’t vote to confirm this highly qualified FBI Director nominee, they’re going to face the political wrath of the Article Three project.
