At the top of the heap of the left-wing media’s late-night talk-show hosts’ on-air meltdowns after President-elect Donald Trump’s decisive win over Vice President Kamala Harris stood ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel, who was literally reduced to tears. Needless to say, it was a beautiful sight to behold.

While Kimmel didn’t cry on Monday’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” he did manage to further humiliate himself, this time boasting about an increase in the number of vasectomies among presumably left-wing men in the aftermath of Trump’s win. Unintended comedy at its best, gang.

Speaking of “Wicked,” since Donald Trump won the election, this is interesting, the number of vasectomies in the United States has skyrocketed. Vasectomies were up 1200 percent on November 6th, and that’s the sign of a great incoming president: When people start getting all their healthcare in before it becomes illegal, when people stop wanting to have children in the United States.

Yeah, I’ll blister that, after the video.

Hold the bus, Jimbo.

Just a One Problem

Actually, several problems. First, “all their healthcare” is not going to become “illegal.”

Second, people who decide not to have children — not to raise a family — because they don’t like the politics of Trump, or any politician? That says far more about about such people than it does about Donald Trump.

Third, at no point has Donald Trump or any Republican suggested that vasectomies should be illegal. If I’m wrong, Jimmy, show me the receipts. I’ll wait.

 Here’s more:

Second, men who get vasectomies based on political events usually do so because they fear the end of consequences-free sex after pro-lifers enjoy electoral, legislative, or legal success. However, Donald Trump ran as a centrist federalist on abortion, his HHS secretary nominee is a lifelong abortion defender, and Republican leadership in Congress has not made pro-life legislation a priority.

If you’re wondering how Kimmel came up with the 1,200 percent increase “data,” he snatched it from former Planned Parenthood President Alexis McGill Johnson, who said over the weekend on MSNBC — where else? — that she was concerned about the left-wing organization losing federal funding after Trump takes office, adding:

Just the day after the election, we saw at Planned Parenthood health centers, a 1,200 percent increase in vasectomies for men. So, you know, Planned Parenthood sees people in all communities. Rural communities, urban communities, red communities, blue communities. And the idea that an attack on, you know, the work that Planned Parenthood does to fill the gap in this moment, when sexual and reproductive health care has been threatened and we are under attack makes no sense.

For the zillionth time, “reproductive health care” has not been threatened. What has been “threatened” is on-demand abortion of healthy babies, including until what would have been the moment of birth.

The Bottom Line

The ironic hilarity (or would that be “hilarious irony”?) from left-wing women “bravely” shaving their heads and defiantly pledging not to have sex to “We’ll show you!” left-wing men ridiculously getting vasectomies is super OK with conservatives.

What’s that thing about Charles Darwin awards?
