Not only should Laken Riley be here today because her death was 100% preventable, but she was murdered in the most gruesome way. And the fact that the prosecution refused to seek the death penalty is a scandal in itself, especially because the only sympathy arises for the killer and never the victim.

MSNBC, an outlet that often disregards all forms of journalistic ethics, has proved to the world how much they despise Americans by publishing an article showing sympathy to a murderer and not his victim. They claim Laken Riley’s killer never had a chance but don’t seem to care much about the fact that Riley was killed most evilly.

The backlash to this headline was so bad they had to change it but the internet has the receipts so there’s that.

According to Fox News:

MSNBC’s article made the point that the verdict for Ibarra, who was convicted on multiple counts of murder and other crimes and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole, was “never in doubt,” as it was a “hopeless case” for the defense team.

The only injustice in this case, is that Ibarra will live out the rest of his life while Riley “NEVER HAD A CHANCE!” The only thing he is owed is a death far worse than Riley’s but the prosecution is just as pathetic as the people who allowed this man to freely move across the United States on the taxpayer’s dime.

However, the literal point of convicting someone of murder is making sure there is “no doubt” so what are they even talking about?

“For the defense, this was a hopeless case. The defense did the best it could with bad facts. It almost surely knew it was going to lose,” MSNBC legal analyst Danny Cevallos wrote.

So by claiming “the defense did the best it could with bad facts” does the writer mean the “bad facts” that he murdered an innocent young woman? That “fact”, right?

This is one of the problems with identity politics. Just because the Biden Administration labeled him as a “migrant” and he claimed to come from a bad economy we are somehow supposed to feel some sympathy for him. That’s absurd and deranged, to say the very least.

The only standards these people have is being beholden to their ideology and in this case, their dogma demands they feel sorry for subhuman murderers who should have never been here.

The only injustice we have is that he will not suffer the same faith as Riley and it’s unfathomable that that article was published.
