It would appear that soft-on-crime policies are starting to hit too close to home after an assistant to Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg was robbed by an alleged gang-affiliated illegal alien.

The consequences of unchecked immigration are becoming too serious to ignore. On Tuesday night, Brandon Jesus Simoza Seijas was arrested after he allegedly was busted masturbating in the hallway of the prosecutor’s apartment building. The woman, shocked by the scene, dropped her phone which Seijas picked up and made his escape. The police were able to trace the phone to an area near the Row Hotel migrant shelter in Midtown Manhattan according to sources who spoke to the New York Post.

The alleged robber will be charged with, among other things, sexually motivated robbery, grand larceny, and criminal possession of stolen property, and was seen smiling and whooping happily on the way to his arraignment.

This isn’t even his first, second, third, or fourth run-in with the law.

According to the New York Post, Simoza has 6 prior arrests from 2024 alone including domestic assault, grand larceny in Midtown, Manhattan, transit fare evasion, grand larceny at the Queens Center Mall Macy’s, and being arrested in connection to another grand larceny from April 23 at a Times Square CVS. As a sanctuary state, federal immigration authorities would not be made aware of these encounters.

Federal law enforcement sources allege that Simoza breached the southern border in 2023, crossing at Eagle Pass, Texas. He was apprehended but later released in New York City, New York with a notice to appear. In February of 2024, a judge tossed his removal proceedings case for an unknown reason.

Sources also claim that Simoza has links to the bloodthirsty Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gang, which has established a foothold in the United States with the help of unchecked immigration under the Biden-Harris administration.

At least three of his previous cases are still open, and it’s unclear if this case will finally make him a candidate for deportation.
