NBA legend Charles Barkley dunked on “stupid” Democrats for losing the election to Donald Trump, suggesting that they “had no game plan.”

Barkley offered his take on the election on “The Steam Room” podcast with his NBA on TNT co-host Ernie Johnson.

“Okay, I want to congratulate President-elect Trump… y’all won fair and square. I want to congratulate you, I want you to do the best for the American people,” Barkley said, adding, “He’s the president of the United States and I wish him nothing but the best. But we lost and I just want to say this to Democrats, which I’m an independent who voted Democratic, shut the f*ck up!

“We lost because we had no game plan,” he continued. “We still haven’t solved the immigration problem . . . never addressed inflation. Bringing all these stupid stars out to rally the vote, what was that? I love Beyoncé. That ain’t gonna make me vote a certain type of way. I like Cardi B, but that ain’t gonna make me vote a certain type of way. You guys lost because y’all stupid.”

“It’s all our faults for not having a game plan. We’re not having concerts and rallies. People want solutions, they want money in their pocket, they want the border secure,” Barkley said.

Offering a voice of reason, the former NBA great said, “I don’t think everybody who voted for Trump is racist or whatever. I’m not a fan of the guy, but he’s the president. I’m gonna have to respect the office.”

Conservatives on social media suggested Barkley was close to crossing over and should come on in because the water is fine… here’s a quick sampling of responses to the story, as seen on X:
