Seen frequently alongside President-elect Donald Trump is a talented 32-year-old woman known as the “human printer.”

Natalie Harp is her name, and she’s responsible for both running Trump’s Truth Social account and also supplying the president-elect with easily readable printouts containing important news stories.

Why the nickname? Because she always carries with her a portable printer, including paper and batteries, according to The Bulwark.

“[W]ith her portable printer at the ready, Harp is constantly around Trump—whether she’s sitting close to the defense table in the Manhattan courthouse on weekdays or riding the links with Trump on Sundays in Florida,” the site notes.

Besides being Trump’s “human printer,” she’s also his news gatekeeper who decides what he sees and doesn’t see.

“If you want the president to see something, the best route is Natalie,” an unnamed source told The Bulwark. “Don’t underestimate her importance.”

But how did Harp, who grew up in a conservative Christian family in California, fall into Trump’s orbit? Courtesy Stage 2 bone cancer, amazingly enough.

After being diagnosed in 2015, Harp tried two chemotherapy treatments, but both failed. She was nearly at her wit’s end when then-President Trump signed into law the Right to Try Act in 2019.

The bill, which made it much easier for terminally ill patients to try experimental therapies, reportedly saved her life.

“I’m not dying from cancer anymore. Thanks to President Trump, I’m living with cancer,” she reportedly publicly said afterward.

Trump himself mentioned her during a Fox News appearance on June 14th, 2019, calling attention to the story of “that young, beautiful woman.”

Twelve days after he brought her up on Fox News, the then-president called her onstage at the Faith and Freedom Coalition conference in D.C.

Afterward, Harp worked on Trump’s 2020 presidential campaign and then later picked up a job at One America News Network (OANN). Not until 2023 was she hired by Trump for what would become the greatest role of her life.

“The fact is the president needs someone like Natalie around to feed him constant information and take his orders like a conveyor belt,” another unnamed source told The Bulwark. “If she wasn’t doing this, someone else would.”

“No one spends as much time on this campaign around him as Natalie,” an unnamed insider added. “If people think she’s an airhead because of her looks, they don’t understand how smart she is and how much the president relies on her.”

Meanwhile, Trump’s 2024 campaign co-managers, Susie Wiles and Chris LaCivita, have left Harp alone to do her thing.

“Natalie fills a role, and Chris and Susie know that’s what he wants, so they focus on other things,” the second source said.

So far Harp’s only made one critical error — reposting a video to Truth Social containing “old-fashioned newspaper headlines,” including one that read “Unified Reich.”

After backlash, including from President Joe Biden, the campaign deleted the post and issued a statement.

“This was not a campaign video, it was created by a random account online and reposted by a junior staffer who clearly did not see the word, while the President was in court,” Trump campaign spokesperson Karoline Leavitt said in a written statement.

That junior staffer was none other than Harp.

As for the person who created the ad, they said the wording was accidental.

“The creator of the video, @ramble_rants, posted repeatedly on X that the phrase ‘Unified Reich’ was part of a template he bought online and that its presence in the 30-second clip was incidental and unintentional,” according to The Bulwark.

“What’s more, the text in the template doesn’t even refer to the Nazis’ Third Reich: It was lifted from the Wikipedia entry for the First World War and refers to the German Empire formed in 1871,” the reporting continues.

Harp also attracted negative attention when she was spotted with Trump and far-right activist Laura Loomer last spring. Some accused Harp of having brought Trump and Loomer together, but Loomer denied the allegation and went on to praise Harp.

“It’s pretty evident that there’s people who work for President Trump who are loyal — like Natalie — and then there are some others who clearly have their own agendas and don’t want President Trump seeing certain information so that they can keep the truth away from him,” she said.

“Natalie does a great job keeping President Trump informed of everything that he needs to be informed about and the people who have a problem with that need to stop being such crazy control freaks and just allow for President Trump to be Trump. It’s time for them to suck it up and shut up,” she added.
