So long, Lemon…
According to a report from The Washington Times, former CNN host Don Lemon has left X for good due to an update to the terms of services that states that all legal disputes between users and X will be litigated in North Texas.
“As The Washington Post recently reported on X’s decision to change the terms, this ’ensures that such lawsuits will be heard in courthouses that are a hub for conservatives, which experts say could make it easier for X to shield itself from litigation and punish critics,’” Mr. Lemon posted on X.
“I once believed that it [X] was a place for honest debate and discussion, transparency and free speech, but I now feel it does not serve that purpose,” Lemon told his 1.5 million followers on X in a video.

Lemon then linked it to his new Bluesky account.
After Lemon left CNN in 2023, he was invited to launch a talk show on X — it was not well received and X owner Elon Musk ultimately decided not to move forward with the project.
