Leftists are not coping well with President-elect Donald Trump’s victory, with some taking vows of celibacy and others postponing plans to have kids.

One woman uploaded a video to TikTok in which she tearfully recounts the painful and private conversation she had with her significant other. She lists all the reasons she and her partner are panicked about the idea of reproducing, eventually settling on the conclusion that she will likely never have kids.

Watch:

She explains that a pregnancy for her would already be “high risk” and claims that if she follows her self-imposed “no kids under Trump” rule, she’ll be 36 by the time she starts trying for a child, meaning it will be both high risk and a “geriatric” pregnancy. Eventually, she claims that it will “probably never happen” for her, meaning she won’t be able to have children.

“Not here in the U.S., definitely not here in Charleston, South Carolina. We could move back to our home state of Maine, they’re a protected state. Or to Vermont, somewhere in New England,” she muses as tears stream down her face. “But even then, who’s to say what’s going to happen.”

Then she invites her “female” and LGBTQ+” friends to the pity party.

“And then waking up to texts between myself and my female friends and my LGBTQ+ friends and not knowing what the world’s going to look like for them either. And then coming to school this morning and realizing someone might want to put a gun in my hand to protect these kids…” she said. “That’s all we did at our last teacher in-service day, was prepare for gun lockdowns. I teach 2 and 3-year-olds. And that’s the world they’re growing up into. So I hope you voted, and I hope you know what you did when you voted.”
