The State Department reportedly offered what is being described as a “cry session” for employees having difficulty coping with the reality that President-elect Donald J. Trump won the election.
Wound up by the liars in the media to believe that Trump is literally Hitler and that “democracy” will die if he returned to the White House, last Wednesday morning was not a happy time for leftists who careened headlong into a collective mental health breakdown.
Seemingly looking to soothe the hurt feelings of the thin-skinned adult toddlers who have infested the Biden-Harris administration, the department encouraged employees to attend an in-house therapy session following Trump’s steamrolling of Kamala Harris, a result that likely means that big changes are coming to Foggy Bottom.

The Washington Free Beacon reported on an internal email about the session which was titled “Managing stress during change,” in which the distraught federal government workers could work through their feelings about the election, according to sources with “knowledge of the meeting.”
“Change is a constant in our lives, but it can often bring about stress and uncertainty,” the email said, according to the outlet. “Join us for an insightful webinar where we delve into effective stress management techniques to help you navigate these challenging times. This session will provide tips and practical strategies for managing stress and maintaining your well-being.”
The session was hosted by the Employee Consultation Services in the Bureau of Medical Services and led by a licensed clinical provider with a second scheduled for Nov 13, according to the email that sources described to the Free Beacon.
Sources also told the outlet that the State Department’s Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs which is responsible for overseeing U.S. diplomacy in the volatile Middle East also held a group meeting on Friday which one described as a “cry session” over Trump’s landslide win.
The Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs has been at the forefront of the push to sanction longtime Middle East ally Israel over the war in Gaza, including the withholding of weapons needed to eliminate the threat from the Hamas terror organization which massacred over 1,200 people during a barbaric raid on Israeli civilian areas on October 7, 2023.
The meeting included Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs Barbara Leaf and acting Undersecretary for Political Affairs John Bass, sources informed the Free Beacon which reported, “They are said to have discussed the difficulty of Trump’s victory and urged employees to share their feelings in private settings.”
“For four years, within the rank and file, there has been an over-emphasis on people’s feelings, often with a college campus-like fervor, rather than the work of advancing America’s interests,” an unnamed “U.S. official with knowledge of the meeting,” told the outlet.
“This meeting was hopefully the last gasp of that,” added the source who observed that there’s “lots to unf—k” at the department after the last four years of the Biden-Harris regime.
“This ends on Jan 20,” Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) wrote on X, sharing a link to the WFB report.

This alone tells you why the Dems in their current form must lose again and again until they become fully functioning adults once more.

Just wait until Trump is sworn in! If they are still around they will need more than cry session counseling. They are going to need career counseling! They should never again be in a position of power of anyone because they have shown to abuse the powers given to them!

These people just need to grow up and if they can’t handle it, get a different job. Not being mean but if this is required they are not cut out for a job at State.

Another source told the Free Beacon that the private discussions suggest, “The State Department is filled with partisan Democrats who are unwilling or unable to faithfully serve in the Trump administration.”
The countdown has now started for the adults to be back in charge.
