President-elect Donald Trump’s attorney Mike Davis issued a stern warning to New York Attorney General Letitia James in response to her recent saber rattling.
“Let me just say this to Big Tish James, the New York Attorney General, I dare you to try to continue your lawfare against President Trump in his second term, because listen here, sweetheart, we’re not messing around this time and we will put your fat*ss in prison for conspiracy against rights. I promise you that,” Davis said during an appearance on “The Benny Show” podcast.
“So think long and hard before you want to violate President Trump’s constitutional rights or any other American’s constitutional rights,” he added. “It’s not going to happen again.”

Considering Davis is being floated as a possibility to be attorney general or White House counsel in Trump’s incoming administration, there could be some bite in all that barking.
James, who campaigned for office on the promise to get Trump and managed, with the help of a Trump-hating judge, to convict him in a civil case of 34 felonies for falsifying business documents, spurred the clapback when she held a divisive post-election press conference alongside New York Gov. Kathy Hochul (D) that focused on war with the incoming administration.
“We did not expect this result, but we are prepared to respond to this result. And my office has been preparing for several months because we’ve been here before,” James said. “We faced this challenge before, and we used the rule of law to fight back. And we are prepared to fight back once again because, as the attorney general of this great state, it is my job to protect and defend the rights of New Yorkers and the rule of law. And I will not shrink from that responsibility.”
“We’ve studied their platforms. We’ve identified certain possibilities, fact patterns. We’ve created contingency plans,” she added. “So no matter what the next administration throws at us, we’re ready. We’re ready to respond to their attacks.”
Davis is a fierce Trump ally and as seen in a pair of posts shared on X, he’s in a “take no prisoners” frame of mind after all the shenanigans Trump has had to deal with over the past 8 years.
“F*ck unity. We have the votes. And they tried to kill Trump,” Davis posted the day after the election.
Fuck unity.
We have the votes.
And they tried to kill Trump.

In a follow-up post, he said, “Here’s my current mood: I want to drag their dead political bodies through the streets, burn them, and throw them off the wall. (Legally, politically, and financially, of course.).”

Social media users are certainly on board with the approach Davis outlines… here’s a quick sampling of responses to the story, as seen on X:
Conspiracy against rights is a fed offense, 18 U.S.C. § 241 aimed at interfering or preventing individuals from exercising rights guaranteed under the Constitution. AG Letitia James should be familiar with this charge, Jack Smith used it against Trump. Put her fatass in jail.
