It’s been a tough few days for the anti-Trump brigade.

We’ve been seeing some epic meltdowns as they try to deal with President-elect Donald Trump’s massive win in the election on Tuesday. We saw the Washington Post’s Jennifer Rubin and comedian Kathy Griffin both go over a cliff with their reactions. We also saw CNBC’s Joe Kernen deliver an epic drubbing to Anthony Scaramucci–over his positions on Trump–that was absolutely hilarious.

But the funny Never Trump takes wouldn’t be complete without what happened to former Trump lawyer, Michael Cohen. Cohen was doing a livestream on TikTok, addressing how he had said he would be leaving the country if Trump won. But, being who he is, he now has to admit he’s going back on what he said. People then hilariously began adding turkey filters to his face, infuriating him.

“Can we stop with that?” Cohen raged.

Cohen told MSNBC in September he would be “out of here” if Trump won the presidential election. He claimed to have worked out a detailed plan that would allow him to travel under a new alias.

“I’m already working on a foreign passport with a completely different name,” Cohen said. “I don’t know how it’s going to work as far as dealing with my wife and my children. I certainly don’t want them moving to where I’m looking to go.”

Now, Cohen is saying that while he said he was leaving, he said the following day that he changed his mind, “Get that through your dumb heads!” He said in the video there is no chance in the world that he is leaving, “I’m not leaving anywhere. You leave. This is my country!” He said he was going to block people if they continued with the filters, as someone put Elvis hair on his head, then a cowboy hat and moustache.

My favorite was admittedly the turkey, since it was so apropos. But isn’t that typical? All the folks who threaten to leave, somehow they’re all still here. Expect others who threatened to leave to backtrack as well.

These meltdowns and the raging are the icing on the cake of the Trump win.
