Music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs on Friday filed for bail, citing new evidence and new circumstances.

Lawyers who represent Combs filed the request at a court in Manhattan, New York, according to The Associated Press.

The lawyers stated that the new evidence “makes clear that the government’s case is thin.”

In September, the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of New York charged Combs with racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution, after he was arrested in Manhattan

The indictment comes after a months-long investigation that included raids on his homes in Miami, Florida and Los Angeles, California.

Combs’ attorneys have also come out and said he is having his constitutional rights violated in prison.

His earlier requests for bail were denied.
