Finish the Fight

It’s been nine years and 144 days since Donald Trump took his famous escalator ride in Trump Tower. For the left, it’s a day that will live in infamy. For America, it was the start of a saga that, God willing, won’t end for another four years. 

One thing is certain; even if he’s defeated by the Democrats and their media, his mark on America will last throughout its existence. Whether you like it or not, Trump changed things, and not just in politics. His presence has had a cultural impact that can’t be denied. I wouldn’t go so far as to say he did that single-handedly. In fact, the reason Trump is so consequential on our culture is because the left made him so. 

I’ve never seen the left fight against anything harder than they have Trump, and my hope is that this is because they know that Trump was serious about what he’s been telling us. He’s going to rip it apart. The government bureaucratic infection, the radical ideological cancer, and hopefully even the various systems through which this radicalism is fed and allowed to spread, such as limits to federal funding for Universities, the seedbed from which a lot of this radicalism sprouts. 

If he is successful, and I pray that he is, this isn’t just going to affect America. This is going to have global ramifications. As I’ve written previously, MAGA is far beyond a movement of support for Trump now, it’s a mentality that’s spread throughout the world, and you can see movements sprouting in European countries.

Why is this happening? Because Trump started a movement that truly was of the people, and you can see proof of this in the way the left has reacted to the uprising. 

Think of all the things you’ve endured at the hands of the left since Trump came down that escalator. 

You’ve endured accusations of being a racist, a sexist, a transphobe, a homophobe, a Nazi, and xenophobic. You’ve been told you’re a “right wing extremist” at every turn for any and every reason under the sun, for simply being an American patriot to wanting to work out and be fit. You’ve watched as people have been fired from jobs, ousted from establishments, spit on, arrested, assaulted, and ostracized for merely disagreeing with the left. 

The left willingly radicalized itself during the Obama administration, and allowed that radicalism to shine through during the Trump administration, putting it all on the line to make a man trying to help the country into a storybook villain who only deserves to be shunned, destroyed in name, and even murdered in body. 

They tried to kill this man twice because of the threat he represents to them. A threat, they say, is one against you, but I think it’s pretty obvious who the true threat to the people is. 

How many of you reading this experienced, or know someone who experienced, the weight of Democrat corruption and incompetence that someone like Kamala Harris truly represents? 

How many of you lost your jobs because of an economy in free fall? How many of you watched your livelihood be destroyed because of an unnecessary lockdown? How many of you had to watch from afar as your family died alone in a hospital room you couldn’t access due to restrictions? How many of you watched your child fall behind in their education, or even suffer depression, because they were forced to isolate? 

How many of you were fined, went to jail, or were punished in some capacity for practicing your God-given rights? How many of you were attacked by government entities, or the media, for simply not marching to the beat of their drum? 

How many of you had to scratch and save because of this wrecked economy. How many of you lay awake at night wondering how you’re going to dig yourself out of this hole? How many of you have debt collectors blowing up your phone as you try to plan a way to pay off your debt while still keeping a roof over your head, gas in your tank, and food in your and your family’s bellies? 

How many of you have legitimately been attacked in name and body by radicals who became incensed over mere political disagreement? How many of you had to sit and watch as your property went up in flames, was destroyed and emptied by people who think you’re a villain for simply taking part in the American dream? 

Then, how many of you watched as these people like Harris sat back and laughed, applauded, made excuses for, praised, and supported these people? How did you feel when, as you were drowning in poverty, isolation, crime, and fear, you watched as they told you that maybe you deserved this, and enjoyed the luxuries they kept you from? 

This is what the left represents. These are a people who look at this country and it’s people — you — not as people, but subject to be ruled over. They consider you beneath them. They see your God-given rights as a hurdle to be overcome, not boundaries to be respected. 

They look at your home as their home, your children as their children, your money as their money, your life as their life. They lie to you blatantly and without apology, tell you to pay more, and force you to make room for those who not only don’t care about this great country, but actively want to destroy it, reshape it, and take it over. 

These people are who you’ve been fighting, and of all the people they fear most, Trump is at the top. He is the one who has been raided, charged, turned into a felon, demonized, and nearly assassinated twice. This radicalism you witness is, in part, happening because they are terrified of what will happen if he wins. Not just the Democrats, but the establishment that has seized our system like a cancer. If you’re wondering why there are Republicans that seem threatened by Trump, it’s because they’re a part of it as well. 

This isn’t Democrats vs. Republicans, this is the establishment vs. the people. 

If the people don’t win this fight, I’m not sure how things will go. I do know there will be more suffering, taxes, arrests, restrictions, and murders. I do know we won’t be the people we once were. I do know America won’t be the country it once was. 

We have to win. Trump has to be elected. The people have to win. 

I’m asking you to give it all you got. If you haven’t voted yet, go out and vote, and I hope you vote for Trump. You’re not just voting for him, you’re voting for yourself as a free human born in God’s image. You’re voting for a domino effect that may very well do such damage to the elite class both here and abroad that it will take them decades to recover. 

I’m asking you for human advancement through prosperity. The stars are waiting for us out there, but we can’t reach them with a boot on our neck. I’m asking you to vote for cleaner streets and opportunities, which you will see shockingly fewer of if people like Harris are busy silencing and limiting you. I’m asking you to help finish this fight because if we win, the story goes on, and we see things we’ve never seen before. Wonderful things. Things that will affect the human race for the rest of its existence.

That’s not hyperbole. You sit in the most advanced country in the entirety of human existence. What people would have called miracles just 100 years ago, we call normalcy. If we choose to advance, what will we be calling normal 100 years from now that we’d call a miracle today? The path to get there is the responsibility that’s fallen on our shoulders right now. All we have to do is take it.

No, this fight isn’t the last one. In fact, I’d say this fight will only spawn thousands more, but these are battles worth having. The establishment’s very existence, at least as it exists now, is on the line here. It will strike back with everything it has. It is a cornered beast. It’s going to swipe, and snap, claw, and stomp, but it has to be destroyed. Either it is, or we are. 

Go vote. Defeat the Democrats. Finish this fight that began years ago.
