The White House Press Office altered the transcript of President Joe Biden’s explosive remarks that Trump supporters were human “garbage” to change the meaning of what he said despite stenographer concerns.

In what would be a major scandal in a country with honest media, a supervisor warned of a “breach of protocol and spoilation of transcript integrity between the Stenography and Press Offices,” according to an internal email reviewed by Fox News Digital.

“If there is a difference in interpretation, the Press Office may choose to withhold the transcript but cannot edit it independently,” the supervisor wrote in the email. “Our Stenography Office transcript — released to our distro, which includes the National Archives — is now different than the version edited and released to the public by Press Office staff,” the email reads.

“The only garbage I see floating out there is his supporters,” Biden said during a Zoom call with a Latino voting group, a reference to the overblown joke by an obscure comic at the former president’s Madison Square Garden rally. It was a derogatory statement that revealed how he and Democrats really feel about tens of millions of Americans.

Biden’s insulting remarks stole Democrat nominee Kamala Harris’ thunder on a night when she delivered her closing argument in a huge rally at the Ellipse in Washington, D.C., a symbolic rant from the site of Trump’s speech on January 6, 2021, sending the White House and its media stooges into damage control mode to gaslight America into believing that he was only referring to Tony Hinchcliffe and not half the country, which he was.

Amy Sands, the director of White House Stenography rebuked the White House Press Office which is headed up by serial liar Karine Jean-Pierre, writing in an email, “After last night’s process, our team would like to reiterate that rush drafts/excerpts the Stenography Office sends to assist the Press Office are not intended for public distribution or as the final version of the transcript.”

“Please avoid sharing rush drafts/excerpts, which are subject to review and might create confusion among staff, media, and the public while our Stenography Office completes a thorough review process,” Sands wrote, according to Fox News.

The cleanup of the geriatric Biden’s latest gaffe – which couldn’t have come at a worse time for Harris – added an apostrophe to make it appear that he only meant that Hinchcliffe was “garbage” with the excuse being parroted by Democrat propagandists in the media.

“The President confirmed in his tweet on Tuesday evening that he was addressing the hateful rhetoric from the comedian at Trump’s Madison Square Garden rally. That was reflected in the transcript,” White House spokesman Andrew Bates told Fox News Digital.

“However, what remains unclear is whether the transcript the White House cites is the one that was altered and released to the press or the final transcript that was sent to the National Archives,” the outlet reported.

After it became apparent that his comments were a big problem for Harris, Biden – or whoever writes his social media posts – insisted that he was misinterpreted.

“Earlier today I referred to the hateful rhetoric about Puerto Rico spewed by Trump’s supporter at his Madison Square Garden rally as garbage—which is the only word I can think of to describe it,” he wrote on X. “His demonization of Latinos is unconscionable. That’s all I meant to say. The comments at that rally don’t reflect who we are as a nation.”

Trump capitalized on Biden’s slip, trolling him and Harris by showing up for a rally in Wisconsin riding in a garbage truck.

“Remember Hillary? She said ‘deplorable’ and then said ‘irredeemable,’ right? But she said ‘deplorable.’ That didn’t work out. ‘Garbage’ I think is worse,” Trump told his “garbage” supporters at a rally in Allentown, Pennsylvania. “But he doesn’t know- you have to please forgive him. Please forgive him. For he not knoweth what he said.”

“And I’m convinced he likes me more than he likes Kamala,” the former – and perhaps future – president added.
