Here’s some free entertainment for you: A transgender “woman” (a dude in a wig) is suing Hooters over sex-based employment discrimination.
This “gal” right here is suing Hooters because they wouldn’t hire “her.”
Here’s what “Brandy” Livingston had to say:
I’m suing Hooters for sex-based discrimination, on the basis of accommodation and on the basis of employment …
They would use male pronouns, they would refer to me as ‘he.’
Brandy applied at the Hooters three times, and says that the restaurant didn’t want to see any work experience because they “don’t care about experience” and they “hire on the basis of personality, and there’s an image that needs to be met.”
I overheard one of the servers after I left the restroom talking to one of the managers and said that, ‘Why are you allowing him in the women’s restroom?’
BAAAAASED.
And here’s the thing: Brandy has been a regular customer at this Hooters for some time, even before he decided to cross dress.
According to the local Hooters employees, Brandy has made sexually explicit comments to the waitresses on several occasions, along with threats.
The local news reporter mentioned to Brandy,
They just claimed that you had prior to transitioning and after you had, freely made multiple servers at the restaurant uncomfortable by informing them you wanted to marry them, discussing masturbation …
At one point the Hooters company says that you had threatened to go to a gun range for practice for the next time you came to the restaurant.
To which Brandy responded,
That [sexual stuff] I never said anything about.
As for the gun talk:
My mom would take me to the gun range and for clay pigeon shooting, trap. I feel like one of the servers might have overheard what me and my dad were talking about and misunderstood what we were talking about.
So yeah, as far as stable personalities go, I’m gonna go ahead and assume Brandy doesn’t possess one. Just sayin.
It’ll be a whole lot of fun to see where this lawsuit goes, so we’ll keep you posted on any new developments here.
