Vice President Kamala Harris remained burdened “by what has been” as yet another battleground rally was interrupted by protesters.
Trying to have it both ways on the war between Israel and the Islamists attacking the Jewish state has seemingly left Harris uniting the disparate sides — against her. As concerns about the response to rising antisemitism throughout the nation have left many Jewish voters dissatisfied, so too have Hamas sympathizers remained vocally against support for America’s Middle Eastern ally, with the latter repeatedly confronting Harris in Michigan.
Monday in Ann Arbor, the vice president was addressing a crowd when protesters interrupted her, leading Harris to wave at them and timidly call, “Hey guys.”
“Hey guys I hear you. On the subject of Gaza, we all want this war to end as soon as possible and get the hostages out. And I will do everything in my power to make it so,” she added.

Pivoting to attack former President Donald Trump’s remarks about “the enemy within” while spouting off about “democracy,” supporters began chanting, “Kamala” leading the vice president to cackle at her own unusual suggestion.
“Now I want each of you to shout your own name. Do that,” she said leaving the crowd confounded.
NEW: Kamala Harris’ rally crowd is completely stumped after she tells them to all start shouting their own names.
The moment came after the crowd started a “Kamala” chant.

As one of three states representing the Democratic Party’s “blue wall” alongside Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, Michigan remains a critical swing state for the electoral outcome and a constant problem for the left throughout 2024 as the Uncommitted National Movement stood in protest of Israel’s response to the Oct. 7 terror attack from Hamas.
Saturday in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the vice president had similarly been rattled by a protester who could be heard shouting over her speech, “No more Gaza war! No more Gaza war! Have you no decency?”
After the crowd settled and she composed herself, Harris responded, “And listen, on the topic of Gaza, we must end that war. And we must end the war and bring the hostages home. But now I am speaking about 2024.”

For his part, former President Donald Trump’s unabashed support of Israel and peace in the Middle East through the Abraham Accords not only afforded him the support of members of the Jewish community, but he also was picking up support from Muslims, especially in Michigan.
After earning the endorsement of Hamtramck, Michigan Mayor Amer Ghalib, Trump garnered more support from the community while calling out Harris’ alliance with RINO former Wyoming Rep. Liz Cheney whom he labeled a “Muslim-hating warmonger.”
“Kamala is campaigning with Muslim-hating warmonger Liz Cheney, who wants to invade practically every Muslim country on the planet, and let me tell you, the Muslims of our country, they see it and they know it,” he told a crowd in Michigan Saturday.
The vice president’s ineffectual response to the hecklers had social media users heaping on doubts about her leadership potential. As was the case in Houston, Texas when Beyoncé didn’t perform, she continued to get booed at her own rallies.
She cannot command her own room.
How can we take her seriously as Commander-in-Chief?— Albert Latham (@albert1776) October 26, 2024
Getting boo’d at your own rally isn’t a good look!

The hecklers said no more wars—and she couldn’t provide a response on something that paramount? It should not be hard to comment on the topic especially if running for office.

If she can’t handle hecklers, she can’t handle foreign leaders.
