Democratic nominee Kamala Harris was campaigning at the predominantly black Church of Christian Compassion in Philadelphia on Sunday morning and managed to fuel a persistent belief that everything about her is fake.

Speaking from the pulpit, Harris unveiled a new accent as if she were Martin Luther King Jr. himself preaching fire and brimstone.

“Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the mornin’. The path may seem hard, the work may seem heavy, but joy cometh in the mornin’, and church morning is on its way,” Harris regaled.

Last month, Harris was ridiculed for an accent she summoned while speaking in Detroit, which some compared to the “Foghorn Leghorn” cartoon character.

Fox News correspondent Peter Doocy questioned White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre about this to no avail.

“Since when does the vice president have what sounds like a Southern accent?” Doocy asked.

“I have no idea what you’re talking about,” KJP replied.

“Well, she was talking about unions in Detroit using one tone of voice,” Doocy said. “She used the same line in Pittsburgh, and it sounded like she at least had some kind of Southern drawl.”

Despite a star-studded campaign event in Houston over the weekend that included an appearance from Beyoncé, who was widely expected to perform but instead took the stage “as a mother” to voice support for Kamala Harris, the Democratic nominee seems to be limping to the finish line. Meanwhile, former President Donald Trump is riding a wave of momentum — in addition to dominating the news cycle for days after pulling a shift at McDonald’s, Trump sat with Joe Rogan for a 3-hour marathon interview that was seen by tens of millions of people.

Needing all the help she can get, Harris has oddly rejected offers from President Joe Biden to assist on the stump.

That’s according to Axios, which cited three sources “familiar with the dynamic” to report that the Harris campaign keeps responding with “We’ll get back to you.” There are currently no campaign events scheduled that include Biden.

The outlet described a “slow-moving breakup” while noting that Biden is seen as a “political liability at a crucial time in the campaign.”

“He’s a reminder of the last four years, not the new way forward,” one source said.

Biden also gets in the way of an odd attack line from Team Kamalot, which is that Trump is tired and worn down — Rogan marveled over how the Republican nominee sat for three hours and never even went to the bathroom.

“He’s got this ability to just keep going. This is what’s crazy, like the podcast was three hours long. The guy didn’t pee before the podcast. He didn’t pee after the podcast. He just left,” Rogan said.
