Hosts of Fox News’s “The Five” reminded resident liberal Jessica Tarlov on Friday who the real fascist appears to be.

The discussion on “The Five” began with co-host Jesse Watters arguing that Democrats and their corporate propaganda media allies keep denigrating former President Donald Trump as a “fascist” and “Hitler”-like figure because that’s all they have to run on.

Listen:

“They’re calling him Hitler because they can’t criticize his policies,” he said. “They don’t wanna talk about policies because he wins on policies. So they’re just gonna call him names.”

“They say this is a divisive time and they wanna turn the page on name-calling and division, and in the last 24 hours, Biden and Harris have said we have to lock up the fascists,” he added.

Co-host Katie Pavlich then cut in to rip apart the ludicrous claim that Trump is the real fascist by pointing to the Orwellian, fascist-like actions that Vice President Kamala Harris has vowed to pursue as president.

“Kamala Harris has said she wants to get rid of the filibuster to push through their agenda, she wants to pack the Supreme Court, which would also make it so the Supreme Court is a legislative body for Democrats, not necessarily a separate branch of government,” she said.

“And clearly they’re doing this because they’re getting some kind of data that shows it’s working. Or they’re just throwing it up against the wall since everything else is not working for them,” she added.

Given an opportunity to speak, Tarlov first pushed back by suggesting that most Americans want the Supreme Court changed.

“There is data that people don’t have faith in the Supreme Court, which right now is an arm of the Republican Party,” she said.

FYI, a Mason-Dixon Polling & Strategy poll conducted in August found that 52 percent of Americans opposed “amending the U.S. Constitution to change the structure of the U.S. Supreme Court.”

Only a 41 percent minority of radicalized Americans — presumably leftists — supported restructuring the high court. Asked about court packing in particular, 59 percent of Americans opposed the idea, while an even smaller 34 percent supported it.

Tarlov continued by addressing the claim that Trump is a fascist.

“They’re using this [argument] because they’re getting it from a direct source that worked with him,” she said. “They’re getting this from Mark Milley and from John Kelly, who gave on-the-record interviews. You can hear it in John Kelly’s own voice, talking about it.”

It’s true that Milley and Kelly have smeared Trump as a fascist. But it’s also true that Milley is a leftist loon who thinks America is awash in so-called “white rage.” Kelly, meanwhile, is frankly a known fabulist whose anti-Trump lies have been debunked at least twice thus far.

Concluding her thoughts, Tarlov then turned to Trump’s own equally heated rhetoric about Harris to argue he’s doing the same thing as her.

“The central premise of this and of so many things when it comes to Donald Trump is that we should just not take it his word seriously — that Kamala’s words matters, and what Donald Trump says doesn’t,” she began. “Because guess what, Donald Trump calls Kamala a fascist quite regularly. He did it last month a couple of times. He did it in August. Jake Tapper just in the last hour was playing audio of it.”

“And not only does he call her a fascist, but he also calls her a communist. And last time I checked, communists were pretty bad: Mao, Stalin — they’re responsible for over a hundred million people’s deaths. George Bush commemorated the lives lost to communists in 2017. So spare me, as usual. I don’t think anyone should be called Hitler. Hitler is a uniquely depraved human being. And I don’t want to use his name in those contexts,” she added.

It is true that Trump has called Harris a fascist and a communist, though one could argue that her radical policy prescriptions justify such labels. But Trump has certainly never likened Harris or President Joe Biden, for that matter, as the reincarnation of deceased Nazi dictator Adolf Hitler.

The same can’t be said of the left, which regularly uses the “Hitler” line to attack Trump — much to the annoyance of Jews like Michael Rappaport.
