The Trump campaign has released the video of Holocaust survivor Jerry Wartski below. Wartski met Trump in Brooklyn at the Ohel of Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson. They prayed for the release of the remaining hostages held in Gaza. Wartski rejects the “Trump Is Hitler” theme that the Harris campaign is currently peddling in its quest to defeat President Trump. One need not have Wartski’s lived experience to be revolted by Harris’s invocation of Hitler to disparage Trump for her narrow partisan political purposes. One need only have a sense of decency and some knowledge of historical reality.

Add to such knowledge Harris’s own patent antipathy to Israel’s ongoing effort to defend itself as well as her refusal to denounce the supporters of Hamas, Hezbollah, and Iran who have heckled her. All in all, we are entitled to draw our own adverse inferences regarding the cynical ease with which she, her campaign, her fellow Democrats, and her media supporters have taken recourse to this repellent theme.
