Top Tennessee officials have discovered that the Biden-Harris U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency colluded with a pro-migration nonprofit to release hordes of criminal aliens into the state.

Tennessee Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti discovered this via a lawsuit that forced ICE to hand over all documents pertaining to this operation.

The story begins in December of 2022 when Skrmetti’s office became aware that ICE was “coordinating with local immigration-rights groups and Nashville officials to release large numbers of detainees into Tennessee before the anticipated termination of the federal government’s Title 42 public health order,” according to a press release.

“With support from the Governor, the Tennessee Attorney General’s Office immediately worked to obtain answers from the federal government. When federal authorities failed to respond to Tennessee’s Freedom of Information Act requests, the Attorney General’s Office filed suit,” the press release continues.

As a result of the lawsuit, ICE finally handed over documents proving that the collusion/coordination really did occur and that ICE had originally “planned to release thousands of single, adult, non-citizen detainees from its Louisiana detention facilities into Tennessee.”

Moreover, it’s been confirmed that some of the criminal alien detainees boasted violent criminal records for murder, rape, and/or kidnapping.

The most important finding is that ICE’s plan to release criminal aliens into the state was ultimately sidelined precisely because of pushback from Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee, a Republican, and senators like Marsha Blackburn, among others.

There is a little bit of bad news, though.

“[A]lthough ICE abandoned its failed plan for the mass release of detainees into Tennessee, the agency nonetheless released over 7,000 detainees directly from its Louisiana facilities at that time, including more than 30 who were assigned ICE’s highest security-threat level,” according to the press release.

“The federal government’s single most important job is to keep dangerous people out of our country and instead it has let killers and rapists illegally cross our border and walk free on our streets,” Skrmetti said in a statement. “While the urgent work to fix our broken immigration system continues in Washington, my Office will keep fighting for transparency and accountability.”

All this comes days after the bombshell discovery that the Biden-Harris Department of Homeland Security (DHS) greenlighted refugee applications for hundreds of Venezuelans linked in some way to the murderous prison gang Tren de Aragua.

“About 100 of the 600 ‘subjects of interest’ were confirmed members of Tren de Aragua — and even recommended by Homeland Security to be placed on an FBI watchlist,” according to the New York Post. “The other 500 were victims, witnesses, or other members of the gang.”

It’s not clear how many total TdA members operate in the United States because the Venezuelan government reportedly doesn’t share any vital information, such as criminal history, about those of its citizens migrating to the U.S.

What’s known is that the suspected number is likely much lower than the real number.

“The number is almost disturbingly low,” Frank Figliuzzi, a former FBI assistant director for counterintelligence, recently said. “It should be higher.”

It doesn’t help that Democrats and their media allies have been doing everything to downplay the gang’s presence in the U.S., especially in Colorado.

As previously reported, members of TdA have taken over several apartment complexes in Aurora, prompting former residents like Cindy Romero to flee in terror.

Yet to hear Colorado Gov. Jared Polis, a Democrat, and his corporate propaganda press media allies, either none of this is happening and it’s all just a figment of Donald Trump’s imagination, or it is happening but in such small numbers that there’s nothing to worry about.

Speaking with Fox News earlier this month, Romero slammed both Polis and his media allies for their BS response to the crisis.

“I feel like it’s a slap in the face,” she said. “How many gangs is okay to have in Aurora? How many properties is okay to take over? How many people, who are citizens paying their bills, is it okay to displace?”

“I feel like the mayor and the governor and the [police] all downplay the situation. I was pushed out of my apartment by gang activity, people carrying guns in the hallway and patrolling the grounds with guns,” she added.
