Woke intersectionality woven through the injustice system was allegedly at fault for the stabbing death of a law enforcement officer in Pennsylvania.

Monday in Moon Township, Pennsylvania, an off-duty officer was found stabbed to death along the Montour Trail while out for a run. Now local officials are calling for the resignation of Judge Xander Orenstein, the non-binary jurist whose soft-on-crime cashless bail decisions allowed a homeless gender ideologue suspected of the homicide to be released in the first place.

“The Pennsylvania State Police is heartbroken to confirm the tragic loss of one of our own, dedicated Liquor Enforcement Officer Benjamin Brallier, who was fatally stabbed while off-duty yesterday. With over 20 years of service, he was an exemplary officer and a devoted father and husband,” explained Pennsylvania State Police Col. Christopher Paris.

An update on the investigation from the Allegheny County Police Department detailed that 25-year-old Anthony Quesen had been arrested and charged with Criminal Homicide for allegedly fatally stabbing 44-year-old Brallier in the back, upper chest, and left hand.

The Post Millennial’s Senior Editor Andy Ngo shared details of the male suspect who also identified as a woman named Antonia who’d previously been given the cashless bail treatment by non-binary socialist Judge Orenstein in 2023 after he was accused of robbing someone in Point State Park, only to fail to show up at a later court date.

Orenstein’s track record of kid gloves for suspects resulted in enough law enforcement complaints that President Judge Susan Evashavik DiLucente had him removed “from hearing all arraignments for an indefinite period of time,” in April 2024, according to KDKA.

The extent of the soft-on-crime approach included the release of Hermas Craddock after he allegedly led police on a high-speed chase, nearly rammed two troopers, and threw a weapon from the vehicle in addition to an already lengthy record.

A fugitive warrant had to be issued for the suspect after he failed to for a bond modification hearing that week.

Similarly, Orenstein released Yan Carlos Cepeda who’d allegedly trafficked cocaine costing the sheriff’s office a reported $30,000 to look for the suspect in New York on multiple occasions after he failed to show up for a preliminary hearing.

Under the circumstances, the judge’s removal from hearing arraignments proved insufficient to Allegheny County Councilman At-Large Sam DeMarco, chair of the Allegheny County Republicans.

In a statement, he called for the resignation or removal of Orenstein, asserting, “This is not a random mistake. It’s a pattern. Orenstein has released other dangerous suspects without bail in the past. This time, it cost a law enforcement officer his life.”

“Orenstein must either be pressed to resign or the state legislature must remove Orenstein by impeachment,” he continued and added. “We have long feared that Judge Orenstein’s reckless pattern of letting dangerous suspects back on the street would cost a life. Now, it has. And Xander Orenstein must be removed from the bench before the public loses all faith in the justice system.”

A crowdfunding page had been established in honor of the fallen officer who left behind a wife and two daughters. At the time of this post, over $52,000 had been raised toward a goal of $25,000.
