Former President Donald Trump landed another endorsement just weeks before the pivotal November election.

“Maxim endorses Donald J. Trump for President,” read a Thursday evening post by the international men’s magazine. The social media announcement was accompanied by an image of the former real estate mogul sitting in his custom-built 1997 Lamborghini Diablo VT Roadster which he sold earlier this year for $1.1 million.

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) reacted to the news with clapping hands emojis.

As Democrats tout the “White Dudes for Harris” campaign and other so-called efforts to reach male voters, it seems Trump’s endorsement by the magazine whose current editor-in-chief is Sardar Biglari is on another level.

“Maxim, launched in 1998 by Felix Dennis, describes itself as ‘catering to the modern man with content that promises to seduce, entertain and continuously surprise readers,’” Fox News noted. “At its peak in the early 2000s, Maxim’s subscription circulation reached over 2.5 million readers. It is currently owned by American company Biglari Holdings.”

While the magazine, which was launched in the United Kingdom in 1995, has not regularly inserted itself into politics, some of the women featured in its pages have expressed support for Trump.

“I think the fact that people want so badly to prove that…Donald Trump and Republicans in general are bad for women,” Maxim model Elizabeth Pipko previously said.

“It’s terrible and it would never have been done in history. So the fact that they’re doing it to this first lady just proves how their hate for Donald Trump is just…changing the way that they do their business,” she added, defending then-First Lady Melania Trump.

“Trump embraces the American dream, he protects our children, and he puts our country first,” Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Kristen Louelle Gaffney told Fox News earlier this year. “We should stop questioning the man who wants to Make America Great Again, and start questioning those who are challenging the concept of putting our country and our people first.”

At last season’s Maxim Super Bowl Party, Gaffney arrived with a MAGA purse.

The Maxim endorsement of the Republican nominee set off virtual applause on social media.
