ICE Arrests Guatemalan Illegal Released in Sanctuary State Despite Child

An illegal alien released to the streets after being charged with forcible child rape in the sanctuary state of Massachusetts has been apprehended by federal authorities.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced the recent arrest of Maynor Francisco Hernandez-Rodas, a 38-year-old Guatemalan who has lived illegally in the U.S. for many years despite multiple criminal convictions and pending charges.

Hernandez-Rodas entered the U.S. at a unknown location and date in 2011 or prior.

In September of 2011, he was convicted of breach of peace in Bridgeport, CT, and sentenced to six months in prison followed by a six-month suspended sentence and one year of probation.

In May of 2016, he was against convicted of breach of peace, this time in Norwalk, CT. He was issued a $100 fine. […]
