If anything demonstrates how messed up what Elon Musk calls the woke mind virus is, this story out of Austria certainly does.

Here’s the setup:

A Russian-Tajik citizen slipped into Austria illegally, and once there, he applied for asylum.

On the grounds that he was looking for better job opportunities with his wife and children and was also afraid of being pressed into military service in Russia.

The man was a strict Muslim, even having pilgrimaged to Mecca, so his original claim was perfectly reasonable, and exactly what you might expect.

However, his asylum claim was denied, so the devout Muslim changed his claim. He became an instant homosexual.

His new reason for seeking asylum was that he was afraid to return to Syria because he might be persecuted (because devout Muslims kill LGBTQ people and all that).

Well, that changed everything. His application was fast-tracked and approved almost immediately.

He was even cleared to bring in his wife and five children!

The man who worked in his home country as a butcher, car painter and on the construction site may stay – also because he was able to credibly demonstrate in the proceedings ‘that, even if he is married to a woman and has five children, he is homosexual and regularly seeks contact with men in sexual terms.’ He continues to have contact with his wife and five children in Turkey via WhatsApp – he could now bring his relatives into the country as a family reunification.

Needless to say, some Austrian politicians are crying foul over the whole ordeal.

The Vienna FPÖ party chairman Maximilian Krauss complained: ‘This judgment is a special class judicial scandal.’ Asylum seekers are being advised by aid organizations and lawyers to indicate that they are gay. The politician demands: ‘This fooling of our state must finally stop.’

I guess there is a way to prove it if they really wanted to.
