Not that any more proof is needed that the media is in the bag for Kamala Harris but CNN will be featuring the Democrat nominee in one of its town halls, a lifeline to their preferred candidate who was left out in the cold for another debate.

The “Kamalot” bubble has burst in a big way with all of the phony enthusiasm hissing out during a week in which her media interview blitz was a disaster and she tried to insert herself into the response to Hurricane Milton by picking a futile and stupid fight with Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis.

In an effort to staunch the bleeding, the self-proclaimed “most trusted name in news” invited Harris and Trump to appear at their town hall, which would be blatantly rigged against Trump considering the network was the first to put the new Russiagate hoax into play, and slimy rehire Brian Stelter was the one to announce it.

The former president already declined to participate in the network’s debate hosted by the anti-Trump tag team duo of Dana Bash and Jake Tapper. His snubbing of their sham town hall will allow CNN and Harris to spin it as him ducking out and being too chicken to debate.

“After backing out of 60 Minutes and doing 27 straight interviews with conservative media, unfortunately, it is clear Trump would rather cocoon himself in safe spaces and avoid real questions about his harmful plans and failed divisive leadership,” said Harris-Walz Campaign Chair Jen O’Malley Dillon in a statement.

“Trump fears another debate where Vice President Harris would hold him accountable in front of tens of millions of Americans,” she added as frustration builds that Trump isn’t about to be lured into another one of the regime media’s traps.

CNN’s offer comes the day after Trump rejected a proposed debate to be hosted by Fox News. “There will be no rematch,” he wrote in a Truth Social post on Wednesday.

The last time that Trump participated in a CNN town hall it triggered a staff mutiny that ultimately cost CEO Chris Licht his job.

During the event which was held in New Hampshire, the former president humiliated star anchor Kaitlan Collins in front of a boisterous Trump-friendly audience, sparking an angry reaction from Anderson Cooper and other employees who were furious that he was given a forum.

There’s a reason why the network would be happy to have him back, and it’s purely malicious.
