While the left claims to be all in for the working class, they are actually funded by some of the richest elite among us. Subsequently, unions are not given priority by the Dems as the Republicans assume the role as the party of the middle class.
This is why Teamsters President Sean O’Brien blasted the Dems for f-ing over the union for the last few decades, even though they have “given the Democratic machine $15.7 million” in just the last two years.
“Since I’ve been in office 2.5 years, we’ve given the Democratic machine $15.7 million. We’ve given Republicans about $340,000 truth be told. People say the Democratic Party is the party of the working people. They’re bought and paid for by those Big Tech companies.”
Everything the left does affects the working class and lower-wage workers the most. So while they pretend that taxing the rich will save the world, it actually hurts the very people they pretend to represent the most. And so it does not matter that Teamsters union members spent $15.7 million in political donations in just two years, as that is pennies on the dollars in comparison to their big money donors.
What’s also fascinating about this is that it shows how much voters are realizing that the worst thing they can do for their income is elect people invested in big money interests over those they take an oath to represent.
When 60 percent of Teamsters union members don’t even support the Dems you know the left is in big trouble.
