Donald Trump’s Maka America Great Again super PAC shared a video on X this week juxtaposing footage from a recent Kamala Harris podcast appearance with footage from the devastation in North Carolina in the wake of Hurricane Helene.

Kamala appeared on Alex Cooper’s podcast Call Her Daddy where she claimed she was there to “talk about the things people really care about.”

Team Kamala was blasted for the tone-deafness of the appearance as millions of Americans have been impacted by Hurricane Helene.

In addition to the terrible optics of the interview, it also failed to perform well on YouTube. By Monday afternoon, the segment had 4.9K likes and 11K dislikes — a 31% favorability rating.

“97k views in 14 hours. Trump would get millions,” one commentator noted.
