Jessica Kutz is a reporter for The 19th News, an outlet founded in 2020 and named for the 19th Amendment that gave women the right to vote.

Apparently, The 19th News thinks it’s important to prioritize people based on their sexual fetishes and the desire to kill their own kids instead of, I don’t know, those who are actually most at need.

LGBTQ+ people and women face unique needs after climate disasters that are often ignored by federal disaster response.

I love how “and women” is just thrown in there as an afterthought.

LGBTQ+ people are twice as likely to be displaced after a disaster and have a harder time accessing recovery resources. Many of the largest organizations that offer relief post hurricanes are faith-based, and some have discriminated against same-sex couples and transgender people seeking shelter or recovery assistance.

Those darn Christians and their [checks notes] massive disaster relief efforts!

(Notice that 19th News provides no evidence that ministries like Samaritan’s Purse would withhold aid from a trans dude.)

After a climate disaster, there are also significant hurdles in accessing reproductive health care, including contraception and abortion

Oh yeah, did you know that they’re blaming this on climate change?

As everyone knows, the priority after a cLiMaTe diSasTeR is to secure abortions and pills so you can have as much sex as you want without consequences!

(Please note that she said “people seeking an abortion,” NOT “women seeking an abortion,” because wokies think men need abortions too!)

But this is what it means to be a disciple of Marxism. You follow “equity,” which means you ignore groups of people that you consider to be the majority (or the oppressor) and you prioritize minority groups (the oppressed). Instead of treating everyone equally, you stack resources to help the groups that you perceive as the most oppressed at the expense of everyone else.

In your HR department, this means hiring certain skin colors and sexual fetishes over others. When you note that this is actually illegal discrimination, they will say that the straight white Christian applicant can go find another job.

But when the situation is literally life and death – well, it means a lot more people die.
