It’s September, which means Florida is currently dealing with a devastating massive Atlantic cyclone:

Hurricane Helene was a dangerous Category 4 storm when it made landfall over Florida’s Big Bend area late Thursday night … bringing a ‘life-threatening’ storm surge, strong winds and heavy rain, [the National Hurricane Center] said.

And, of course, Floridians reacted exactly as you’d expect:
