A Haitian nonprofit has sued President Trump and JD Vance over allegations that Haitian migrants were eating pets in Springfield, Ohio. However, whether or not that’s true, this is still America, and saying what one believes to be accurate is not a crime. Subsequently, it’s not criminal to claim alien invaders are “eating the dogs” and “eating the cats.”
According to The Post Millennial:
Guerline Jozef, the executive director of the nonprofit Haitian Bridge Alliance, filed the charges on behalf of the organization in accordance with an Ohio statute that permits private citizens to file criminal charges, which are then affirmed or denied by a state court. According to the complaint, the allegations reportedly resulted in numerous threats over the past few weeks, straining local resources and city services.
That’s a lot of nerve for him to claim “threats” that are likely not even threats “strained local resources and city services” when the alien invasion literally strained local resources and city services. The fact that the organization states there’s a problem because someone may or may not have hurt feelings is a bit of a stretch, especially considering they could care less about Springfield residents.
The charges filed against Trump and Vance include making false alarms, committing telecommunications harassment, committing aggravated menacing, and violating the prohibition against complicity, as per the affidavit. The nonprofit is requesting that the court issue arrest warrants for the GOP nominee and his running mate.
Wow. Just wow. That’s a level of entitlement I did not think was possible. Can Haitians also sue former presidents in Haiti when their feelings are hurt? Or is that something they only do in America?
One of the most infuriating things to come of Kamala’s alien invasion is that people from the third world developed first world attitudes before even arriving. Many migrants don’t want to contribute to society, as they believe they should get all these things by simply breathing. And the fact that Americans are treated like second class citizens in their own country makes this even more inflation.
Jozef alleged that the dissemination of such allegations by Trump and Vance resulted in the harassment of members of the local Haitian community. She also argued that the former president and his running mate should be prosecuted for their actions. The charges, she said, are based on the fact that the claims have been “debunked” on several occasions by both city and state officials.
In a serious country, this case would be thrown out and the lawyer bringing this suit would be sanctioned. However, we no longer live in serious times and it would be unsurprising if the courts go with this.
This group is literally demanding Trump be arrested and the fact they are so entitled they think they can just make such demands for a former president is astonishing.
It’s not enough that Springfield residents deal with this crap, they want Americans to be fearful for even thinking about this and no one should be here for that.
Whether or not they are eating the dogs and cats, this sort of nonsense does not fly in America and the sooner they learn that the better.
