The supposed “aggressive” pursuit of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. by a celebrated journalist included allegations he was “chased by porn” from an “obsessed” admirer.

Legal action could be forthcoming as further details emerged regarding the latest scandal to hit the campaign trail. After initial reports found New York Magazine reporter Olivia Nuzzi on leave for her “personal relationship” with the former White House hopeful, sources spoke to the pornographic nature of alleged unsolicited communications.

“She went after him aggressively,” a source had told the New York Post. “She targeted him pretty hard. Bobby was blocking her continually. It was a little scary. She was obsessed with him. I think she still is.”

Via her House Inhabit Substack, Jessica Reed Kraus appeared to corroborate the claims about her “friend” Nuzzi whom she claimed began flirting with Kennedy after publishing a story about him.

At that point, the environmental lawyer was said to have blocked the reporter’s number, only to unblock it weeks later after reportedly receiving an email on how she had “urgent information about a hit piece being prepared against him.”

According to Kraus, “He unblocked her for that conversation, but later that night, she sent him a provocative picture, prompting him to block her again.”

“For most of the next 8 months, Kennedy kept her blocked, except for a few occasions when Nuzzi contacted him from different emails and phone numbers, insisting he unblock her for urgent discussions about an imminent hit piece,” she went on. “Once unblocked, she bombarded him with increasingly pornographic photos and videos that he found difficult to resist.”

“This had nothing to do with romance, he was being chased by porn,” said security expert Gavin de Becker, hired to investigate the situation ahead of a potential civil suit.

Meanwhile, a source close to Nuzzi had told the Post, “It’s absolutely untrue that she was the aggressor, but both parties were aware of how high pressure and high risk the circumstances were and for that reason, their communication was very on and off.”

Another source added, “Olivia’s point of view is that to call this a relationship or affair is completely inaccurate. It was at most a flirtation.”

As had been covered, the reporter was placed on leave while her now-former fiancé Ryan Lizza of Politico had indicated he would no longer “be involved in any coverage of Kennedy in Playbook or elsewhere at POLITICO.”

While the Post reported on alleged diaries of Kennedy, citing 398 pages from three volumes the newspaper was provided that included the political figure grappling with his “lust demons” amid serial cheating on his second wife, a statement from the attorney said, “I don’t think there is any way you could have a diary or journal of mine from 2001. I don’t have any comment on it. I have no diary from 2001.”

On Nuzzi, Kraus spoke with a source who detailed the “fine line between sexual seduction and informational seduction” allegedly frequently crossed by the reporter, “problematic in the #MeToo era, where seduction can easily lead to damaging accusations.”

The Substack also references how Nuzzi had worked for disgraced Rep. Anthony Weiner for a month before writing about the experience for the New York Daily News, launching a career that found her working for the Daily Beast for three years before being named to Forbes’ 2018 “30 Under 30” list.

The reporter herself said, “Earlier this year, the nature of some communication between myself and a former reporting subject turned personal. I did not directly report on the subject nor use them as a source. The relationship was never physical but should have been disclosed to prevent the appearance of a conflict. I deeply regret not doing so immediately and apologize to those I’ve disappointed, especially my colleagues at New York.”
